Ready to Enroll?

We're excited that you're considering iLearn Institute. The enrollment process helps ensure that students and families understand the expectations of virtual learning and have the information they need for a successful start.

Enrollment Process
Step 1: Complete the Interest Form

• Families begin by submitting the iLearn Interest Form. This allows our team to learn more about the student and begin the review process.

Step 2: Student Record Review

• The iLearn team will review the student’s academic records, attendance, progress, educational needs, and other relevant information to determine whether the virtual learning environment may be an appropriate fit.

Step 3: Family Conversation

• A member of the iLearn team will contact the family to explain the program, discuss the student’s educational goals and needs, answer questions, and review next steps.

Step 4: Enrollment Decision

• After the record review and family conversation, the iLearn team will communicate whether the student may move forward with enrollment and provide any required enrollment materials.

Step 5: New Student Orientation

• Students who are approved to move forward with enrollment, along with at least one parent or guardian, will be invited to participate in New Student Orientation.

Step 6: Complete Enrollment

• Enrollment is finalized after all required paperwork and orientation requirements have been completed.

• Maintain communication with teachers.
• Encourage academic honesty and integrity.
• Participate in meetings or interventions when additional support is needed.
• Ensure participation in required state assessments.
• Provide reliable internet access.

Student Commitment

Students agree to:

• Complete their own work with honesty and integrity.
• Stay engaged in coursework and learning.
• Participate in required live instruction and state assessments.
• Communicate with teachers when they need support.
• Make steady academic progress.
