The last day to register for summer school is May 17th. Any student wishing to take a class after that date should wait until July and register for a fall credit advancement course which would start in August.
The iLearn Institute at Lenoir City Schools’ Summer School Program allows both middle and high school students to earn credits virtually in a variety of subject areas. Summer School allows middle school students to get a jump on the high school credits. Middle school students are limited to the selection of one course during the summer session. All courses must be completed by July 29th. Please check with your guidance counselor prior to registering for a summer course to make sure you choose appropriate courses to meet your future goals in high school.
By enrolling in summer school, both parents and students agree that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
Students, if you are interested in taking a summer credit advancement course through the iLearn Institute please complete the following steps. Full credit courses are 158.00 and half credit courses are 83.00 dollars. Courses with End of Course Exams are not taught during the summer. Summer school starts on May 18th and ends on July 29th. The registration deadline is May 20th. We will work around vacations and other activities but all work must be completed by July 28th. All work is completed online. All courses are for new credit. If you need credit recovery options please contact your high school counselor.
